Our delicious Pesto Labna is handmade from Fresh cow’s milk in the Hunter Valley.
Labna is made from drained yoghurt and is drained for 5 days before being hand rolled and placed in a marinade of fresh pesto.
It has an intense, yoghurt flavour and acidity with its marinade of pesto.
Serving suggestion – perfect with dips and carrot sticks, great for cheese plates, perfect to finish a pasta or flatbread. Deliciously spread on toast and crackers and in a caprese salad instead of mozzarella. Great flavour marriage with lamb and roasted vegetables.
