Miguel’s Cheese Fingers
Serves 1
Ingredients
150g Miguel’s Semi-Cured Cheese
100g Plain flour
4 Eggs, beaten lightly
100g Panko breadcrumbs
Oil for shallow frying
Salt and pepper
Tomato jam, to serve
Method

Cut semi-cured cheese into fingers.

Dust cheese fingers in flour. Dip in eggs then panko. Repeat twice.

Shallow fry until golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Season.

Serve with tomato relish.
